All foreign players who want to play in an official tournament in Switzerland need to sign a registration form of the SPA and will receive a temporary handicap and license to play in Switzerland; the Handicap Commission will grant a final handicap for Switzerland to such player after he has played or at the end of the season. All foreign-sponsored players not handicapped in Switzerland must play with a minimum handicap of +2 in Swiss tournaments. x) mean players who have left a club.
